What is a minimum order?

Our minimums are 2,000 pounds on a combination of any items.

What is the required lead time for orders?

We typically ask for 14 days prior to delivery date.

Can I request samples?

Samples of our products are always available. Please contact a UFS representative and we would be happy to send samples directly to you.

How can I get more product information?

Call or email a UFS representative who will have complete nutrition facts available.

How do you distribute your products?

Our products can be consolidated in one of our two company owned and operated distribution facilities, which enables you to receive a variety of products in one shipment.  We partner with regional trucking companies when possible, to pass on savings to our customers. You may also pick up orders.

Is University Food Source an entity of another company I know of?

Yes! UFS is an entity of Fair Market Holdings. We have created UFS to cater more specifically to the university market that we have already been supplying for years.
